Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance

By using https://westchestertreepros.com or engaging Westchester Tree Pros for a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Services

We provide tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding, storm damage cleanup, emergency tree response, tree health assessments, land and lot clearing, crane-assisted removal, cabling and bracing, planting and transplanting, shrub and hedge trimming, and commercial and municipal tree care in Westchester County, NY and surrounding areas within a roughly 25-mile radius.

Estimates and Pricing

Standard estimates are free and non-binding. Final pricing is confirmed on site in an itemized quote. Change orders may occur for hazards discovered mid-job (e.g., internal decay, additional utility coordination); we will explain and get approval before proceeding.

Insurance

Every job is covered by general liability insurance and workers' compensation. We can provide a certificate of insurance on request before work begins.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion for standard residential jobs. We accept cash, check, and credit card. Commercial and HOA contracts follow the payment terms specified in the signed agreement.

Access and Site Preparation

You confirm you have the authority to authorize work on the property. You are responsible for removing personal items (planters, patio furniture, vehicles) from work zones and for identifying private underground utilities not covered by 811 markouts.

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions (e.g., turf damage on saturated ground, unavoidable minor lawn impact during rigging). Our insurance addresses damage caused by our crew's work.

Website Content

Content on https://westchestertreepros.com is provided for informational purposes and does not replace an on-site arborist assessment. We take reasonable steps to keep it accurate; specific jobs may require different considerations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in Westchester County, NY.
